Stacey Girdner joined the Russ Reid Company in 2005 as Vice President, Chief People Officer. In this role, she works to ensure that the agency secures and develops the best talent available.

Prior to joining Russ Reid, she was the Managing Partner of her own consulting practice, The PRAXIS Group, where she developed leaders, managers, and teams for organizations such as ExxonMobil, Levi Strauss, American Bible Society, United Way, and the YMCA. She also had the pleasure of serving eight years as the Organization Development Manager for World Vision’s U.S. office, and was a volunteer recruiter with World Relief’s domestic ministry of resettling and acculturating refugee families.

Stacey has taught graduate leadership courses at Azusa Pacific University as well as Biola University. She’s known for her dynamic, engaging, thought-provoking and insightful approach. Stacey has given years of service to her local community church in various capacities, and lives in Covina, California with her husband and two children.
